Returns Policy

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us at host.spotless@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Make sure to include:
• Your order number
• Photos (if applicable) showing the issue

What happens next?
We aim to review and respond to all return/refund requests within 7 working days.
Once your request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back without confirmation — unapproved returns may be rejected.

Returned items
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered in any way.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — we do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) services.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method, in the same currency used for purchase.

 


 

Can all items be returned?

Most items are eligible, but the following cannot be returned:

• For hygiene reasons: tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks
• Free/bonus items
• Items intentionally damaged
• Returns sent more than 7 days after delivery
• Items correctly printed as shown on the website but no longer wanted
• Items delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or phone number)

 


 

Can I cancel my order before it arrives?

• Orders that haven’t entered printing can be canceled in full.
 • If your order has started production but hasn’t shipped, you may cancel the shipping and receive a refund for the shipping fee. To request a cancellation, email us at host.spotless@gmail.com.

 


 

Can I get a refund if my order doesn’t ship on time?

We aim to ship orders within 3–7 working days and ship no later than the 8th working day after payment.


If you have not received any shipping or tracking updates by the end of day 7, you’re eligible for up to 10% compensation of the product price.*

 


 

How long do I have to submit a return or exchange request?

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed within 4 days of the estimated delivery date.
